Functional prints

Less clutter. More possibility.

Storage systems, desk helpers and other prints that solve a small problem at home or in the shop.

7 links / Hosts: Printables, Project site, Thingiverse

A printer earns its desk space when it starts fixing small, everyday problems. The links here lean toward parts you will use: storage that keeps growing with you, and small helpers for the desk.

Two storage systems anchor the list. Gridfinity suits drawers and desktops, and Multiboard suits walls. Each works best when you commit to one layout before printing a pile of accessories.

The rest are short jobs. They cost little filament and tell you quickly how well your printer holds a fit.

01 / The links

Every link goes to an outside site, where the files, images and license live. Drawings show the type of object, not the listed model.

02 / Before you print

What to check first

  1. Measure the space first, including the depth of drawers and the clearance around walls and shelves.
  2. Choose one system before you buy filament, so every part you print works with the last one.
  3. Test one part before you start a batch. A small fit problem is cheap to fix once and costly to fix twenty times.
  4. Match material to load and heat. Check the host page, then think about where the part will actually live.
